Loading and unloading operations

The loading and unloading service (PRR) is an important component of the logistics process. It ensures the correct and safe unloading and loading of cargo at the customer's address. This is a practical solution that allows organizing the delivery or acceptance of cargo quickly and safely.

This service can only be ordered when opting for "Pickup from Address" and "Door-to-Door Delivery" services.

The work is carried out by an experienced workforce or a driver-courier, adhering to all safety standards.

Labor service is especially important in cases where the cargo has significant weight, volume, or requires special attention. It allows reducing the risks of cargo damage, accelerating the transportation process, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations from cargo acceptance to final delivery.

How to order the "Loading and Unloading Services" service?

• When ordering "Pickup from Address" and/or "Door-to-Door Delivery" services.

• If the "Loading and Unloading Services" was not ordered when submitting the application, it can be ordered additionally by contacting the company manager, but no later than 16:30 on the day prior to pickup or delivery.

• Arranged loading and unloading services can be canceled until 17:30 on the working day prior to pickup/delivery by contacting the company manager.

• If the service is canceled on the day of order execution, after 17:30 on a working day, or on a weekend prior to the pickup/delivery day, the full cost of the service must be paid.

• In case of service cancellation after the work has already been carried out, a double payment obligation arises for the service due to double work being performed.

The driver-courier / forwarder has the right to refuse to perform "Loading and Unloading Services" in the following cases:

• If the terms of service provision are violated.

• If the cargo parameters exceed those specified in the application and/or fall outside established norms.

• If there are concerns regarding the safe execution of the service at the loading/unloading location.

• In the case of ordering "Loading and Unloading Services using an Elevator," if the existing elevator is out of order or the cargo size does not fit into the elevator.

• If the cargo intended for "Loading and Unloading Services" is dirty, has sharp edges, or possesses other structural features that could lead to injuries.

• If the width of the passages does not allow unhindered unloading at the intended location.

Loading and unloading with special equipment during pickup/delivery Loading/unloading with special equipment implies loading or unloading the contents of a vehicle body using a hydraulic lift or manipulator without further movement of the unloaded cargo.

• The service is provided upon request and after clarifying all necessary details.

• The cost of the "Use of Special Equipment" service is added to the cost of "Pickup from Address" or "Door-to-Door Delivery" services.
