Cargo pickup from address

Cargo pickup from an address (забор груза) is a logistics service that allows the customer to organize the transportation of cargo to the warehouse without losing time. Thanks to this service, the customer does not need to transport the cargo to the warehouse themselves; we pick up the cargo directly from the sender's address, involving workforce if necessary.

The service is especially convenient for customers who value their time and want to reduce internal logistics costs. The cargo is picked up from the specified address, inspected, packaged if necessary, and then transported.

This approach allows customers to focus on their core activities without getting involved in organizing cargo transportation.

Terms of service provision

• Service hours: 09:00–18:00.

• Vehicle arrival window at the loading address: up to 3 hours.

• Special equipment is also provided if necessary. Terms must be agreed upon with the manager in advance.

• If the customer cancels the service at the time of provision, a service payment obligation ("Unloaded Run") arises. The payment amount is calculated based on the cargo dimensions specified in the application.

• In case of waiting at the address beyond the established time, a vehicle demurrage fee is charged. The designated waiting time for loading is set based on the weight, volume, and dimensions of the cargo.

Designated waiting time for loading:

• Up to 40 kg, up to 0.16 m³, length: up to 4 m, width: up to 1.8 m, height: up to 1.8 m — 15 minutes.

• Up to 1500 kg, up to 6 m³, length: up to 4 m, width: up to 1.8 m, height: up to 1.8 m — 30 minutes.

• Up to 3000 kg, up to 12 m³, length: up to 4.2 m, width: up to 2 m, height: up to 2 m — 45 minutes.

• Up to 5000 kg, up to 20 m³, length: up to 6 m, width: up to 2.2 m, height: up to 2.2 m — 60 minutes.

• Up to 10 000 kg, up to 40 m³, length: up to 7 m, width: up to 2.2 m, height: up to 2.2 m — 90 minutes.

• Up to 20 000 kg, up to 72 m³, length: up to 13 m, width: up to 2.4 m, height: up to 2.4 m — 120 minutes.
