Door-to-door cargo delivery

Door-to-door cargo delivery is the final stage of international freight transportation, during which cargo is delivered directly to the recipient's address. It is a convenient solution that completes the door-to-door logistics chain from cargo acceptance to final delivery, providing time savings and complete control over the process.

Door-to-door cargo delivery is especially important for customers who want to ensure a fast, safe, and predictable supply chain. It allows reducing internal logistics costs and avoiding additional organizational hassle.

Terms of service provision

• Service hours: 09:00–18:00.

• Vehicle arrival window at the loading address: up to 3 hours.

• Special equipment is also provided if necessary. Terms must be agreed upon with the manager in advance.

• If the customer cancels the service at the time of provision, a service payment obligation ("Dry Run" / "Unloaded Run") arises. The payment amount is calculated based on the cargo dimensions specified in the application.

• In case of waiting at the address beyond the established time, a vehicle demurrage fee is charged.

Free waiting time for loading/unloading:

• Up to 40 kg, up to 0.16 m³, length: up to 4 m, width: up to 1.8 m, height: up to 1.8 m — 15 minutes.

• Up to 1500 kg, up to 6 m³, length: up to 4 m, width: up to 1.8 m, height: up to 1.8 m — 30 minutes.

• Up to 3000 kg, up to 12 m³, length: up to 4.2 m, width: up to 2 m, height: up to 2 m — 45 minutes.

• Up to 5000 kg, up to 20 m³, length: up to 6 m, width: up to 2.2 m, height: up to 2.2 m — 60 minutes.

• Up to 10 000 kg, up to 40 m³, length: up to 7 m, width: up to 2.2 m, height: up to 2.2 m — 90 minutes.

• Up to 20 000 kg, up to 72 m³, length: up to 13 m, width: up to 2.4 m, height: up to 2.4 m — 120 minutes.
