You can deliver your cargo to our warehouse or arrange pickup from your specified address. Transportation terms are agreed upon in advance, and delivery is carried out according to your preferred option — warehouse pickup or door-to-door delivery.
The transportation process includes cargo acceptance at the warehouse, packaging when required, document preparation, loading the cargo onto the vehicle, transportation, and final delivery to the recipient. At every stage, we ensure a controlled and well-organized process.
The transportation cost is determined based on several factors, including the destination, type of cargo, volume, and weight. Additional charges may apply for supplementary services. When required, we can also provide additional services such as packaging, mandatory insurance, pickup from the customer's address, loading and handling services, preparation of accompanying documents, customs clearance support, warehousing, and door-to-door delivery. In addition to the base transportation cost, additional expenses may arise in connection with border and customs charges or requirements imposed by transit countries.
Transportation is carried out in accordance with applicable international and local regulations. There are no fixed maximum weight or size limits for the shipment as a whole or for individual packages. However, cargo will not be accepted for transportation if it does not comply with safety regulations, is subject to international restrictions, or fails to meet the carrier's requirements. In particular, the following items are not permitted for transportation: explosives and flammable materials, toxic and hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, weapons and ammunition, human organs and human remains, as well as animals.
Proper packaging is also essential for the safe transportation of cargo. When necessary, we offer additional protective packaging solutions, including wooden packaging, particularly for fragile shipments. Please note that additional packaging may affect the cargo volume and final transportation cost.
